STUSB4700 GUI offline

The STUSB4700 GUI (STSW-STUSB001 v3.23) requires to be connected to the STM32 Nucleo board + STUSB4700 to be able to start.
So if you don’t have a Nucleo board, or if you didn’t wired the I2C interface of STUSB4700 to a Nucleo board, then you cannot use the GUI.
In attachment there is a new version of the GUI that can be used offline in standalone mode, i.e. without being connected to any hardware.
