STW81300 PLL Low power at 2.4GHz

Hi all

I am using the STW81300 for a project and the Pout level makes sense for 8-16GHz port.

 When I set the frequency to 2.4GHz, I am getting only -15dBm or so, while the second and third harmonic of this at 4.8GHz and 7.2GHz are 8dB higher in power. is this normal? in the PLL's block diagram I see the 2.4GHz is coming out of a divider but I expected the power level to be higher than that.

When I set the frequency to 5GHz (just to push the second and third harmonic away from 8GHz RFOUT port) I am getting about 3dBm of RF power.

Have you seen similar behavior? is this normal, is it possible to fix the power in setting, I can't figure this out.

(I have one LO driver and Filter, I could add another amplifier if there is no fix in setting).
