Want to know more about STM Bluenrg-2 .? Can it be used as Micro Controller or it is an BLE communication module having different interface for data transfer

You are right. BlueNRG-2 (as BlueNRG-1 or BlueNRG-LP) is a System On Chip on which you will run both BLE stack and your own application (you can use or program all interfaces as per standard µcontroller).

I will advise to download BlueNRG-2 SDK. It includes documentations package and several code examples that might answer most of your questions.

Thank you. We are planning to replace a ESP32 controller with the Bluenrg-2. I guess if the GPIO and interfaces required match we can replace ESP32 with the Bluenrg-2 . Right?

Yes :Agree.

If on your current application you are using "standard interface" which are available on BlueNRg-2 such as GPIO, ADC, UART, SPI, I²C,BLE connectivity,... replacement can be considered.
