What is the difference between device versions C1 and 91 of S2LP (DEVICE_INFO0) ? Is it any silicon level change or firmware level change?

Is there any silicon level change in S2LP devices with device versions C1 and 91 since we observed there is difference in current consumption in standby mode. 91 is draws 29µA and C1 is drawing < 1µA

What is the difference between device versions C1 and 91 of S2LP (DEVICE_INFO0) ?

Will it affect the device performance in terms of power consumption (current) ?

Also can we upgrade this version from 91 to C1 ?

Is there any relevant document with version change info ?

As it's the silicon version, i guess it's impossible to upgrade, except buy the cut 3.0 (version C1), but i bought some from digikey, farnell and mouser and still cut2.1 (version 91), how to buy the last one ?
