ASM330LHH OUT_TEMP register value not change

After activating the accelerometer and angular rate sensor, the temperature sensor value does not change and appears to be frozen. What is the cause of this?
Is there any countermeasure?

Of course.

We apply the same settings, and sometimes the temperature sensor value changes, while other times it does not. Could it be that when the temperature sensor value does not change, the accelerometer has not started up?
