FXLS8967AF - now from ST ?

I've been using this part from NXP (originally Freescale, I think)  for a while now.

I've just noticed that it now has an ST Product Page:

and the datasheet says:

The ST Accelerometers portfolio page also lists a few other NXP part numbers:

Is this a 2nd-source arrangement, or have these products fully transferred from NXP to ST ?
