Thank you for your reply. I opened the Gerber file through online Gerber viewer but I cannot check the size like hole size, hole position, and so on. Could you help me to have the dimension or 3D file?
I really don't understand the reason why the boards you mention have not same size we have discussed
Our normal plan is to do the same size for square boards and the size center hole to center hole is 20.4mm in both X and Y coordinates. Concerning the size of the board, this is 25mm*25mm (+/-0.5mm depending the drilling machine). The size of the hole is 2mm as per STEVAL-MKI208V1 DRR file you find here:
3 mm is the metallization of the 2mm holes.

Here is the drawing which should have been present in the original documentation, and, failing that, should have been uploaded by ST's forum employees.
Note that the board outer tolerance is given as +0/-0.5, taking into account a previous statement that it's categorically 24.5mm, but then later on a pseudo-correction that it could be 25+-0.5. I'm doing my best to merge those two somewhat contradictory statements.

A general plea to ST: please don't make your clients do this work for you. This is a somewhat pricey board, it should come with the support required to mount it. It should not take knowledge of how ST does other square boards, nor software for opening gerbers and drill files.
