How to test the IMP23ABSU MEMS

I would like to use the following MEMS microphones to test the resonance frequencies of an ultrasonic bath:

I would like to ask what other parts I need to convert the analog signal of these MEMS microphones so that the measurement data can be read out on my PC via USB cable.

Alternatively, could you recommend other MEMS microphones that already have an integrated analog-to-digital converter and are suitable for measuring frequencies in the ultrasonic range (~80 kHz)? What additional components would be required to transmit these signals via USB?

Are you going to put the microphone in water? if yes, this application is not suggested as the device may be damaged by contact with water.

The micropone will be placed above the water surface. So it won't be in contact with water.

Perfect, I suggest you to combine the STEVAL-MIC007V1 with the X-NUCLEO-AMICAM1 (https://www.st.com/en/ecosystems/x-nucleo-amicam1.html) that is developed to stream audio on USB up to 192kHz (ultrasound band up to 96kHz)
