Hi, I have STEVAL MKI109D, on it I mounted STEVAL MKI250KA. I would say if I could use QVAR Swipe Electrode mounted on STEVAL MKI250KA for reading Qvar signal. It is possible?

Hi @Luisa_97 ,

Series capacitors CS1 and CS2 are used to remove DC voltage. By replacing these capacitors with a short, it can be used for UI applications (it is recommended to set the gain to 16x to ensure saturations).

Hi @Luisa_97 ,

In order to use QVAR Swipe electrode on STEVAL MKI250KA there are some modification that have to be implemented, otherwise for QVAR functionalities you can use MKI235KA.

Hope this could help.

Hi @casadeib ,

Could you specify what modifications are required? I am usinf MKI235KA, but I would like to compare the signals recorded from both devices in MEMS-Studio to observe any differences.

Thanks.
