I need to buy small temp sensor which can be wire bonded to cryogenic substrate to connect. I have a picture of one, but don't know where to buy it or who makes it. Do you know if you make such, or who may make these? thank you.

This is not a ST temperature sensor, however you could look at STTS22, our temperature sensor offering high performance over the entire operating temperature range (-40 °C to +125 °C) and soldered it on flex board.
