I want to know THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) paramater of IMP23ABSU Ultrasonic MEMS Microphone or MP23ABS1 ; I didn't find this parameter in the data-sheet.

Welcome to ST Community!

On DS you do not find the THD but you can find the AOP, which, by definition, is the sound pressure level at which the microphone begins to distort 10%.

I attach you a graph showing the typical THD trend of MP23ABS1 at 1kHz.

yes, at 1kHz they have the same behavior :)
