Can m95p32 serial data in and out be tied together to work with I2C bus? Is there a power up settling time?

Hello,

• M95P32 offers SPI protocol and not I2C protocol.
• Power-up setting time (30µs) is defined in table 14 of datasheet ( https://www.st.com/resource/en/datasheet/m95p32-i.pdf)

Thank you for pointing out the settling time. Using the SPI bus in my application is impossible; I do not have the pins. I wish to know if the data in and out pins can be tied together.

YES, the data in (D) and data out (Q) can be tied together.
