The EPROM is very OLD, Mouser says it is obsolete, and I'd imagine the fab has been shuttered, sold or updated long ago. Last datasheet was from 12+ years ago

You might be able to find parts, or equivalents in the secondary market.

You could perhaps use faster parts, or OTP variants without the quartz window. Understand the actual requirements of the circuit you're using them in.
