I am confusion for Year. You are saying about below list.

From the below details we need to consider the year.?

The list you inserted has the heading Document revision history, which indicates that these are revisions of this data sheet. However, you can conclude from this list that there cannot be a date code earlier than 2019, as the device was first available in that year.

The year of manufacture indicated in the date code, ‘3’ in your photo, can therefore only be 2023 for the reasons mentioned above.
