High all,

This  Application (eDesignSuite) does not start in the browser, only empty window with rotating circle.
I am logged in and would like to make a design (isolated flyback).
Operating system is Windows 10, Browsers are Firefox 115.7.0.esr or MS Edge 120.0.2210.144
What am I doing wrong?

What information do you need to help me identify the problem?

Google doesn't help me, maybe the question was worded wrong, english is not my language.

Sorry for your bad experience with our tool. Did you try again?

In case you still have trouble accessing eDesignSuite, could you please try in an incognito/private window of Chrome or Firefox or Edge?

Sometimes this issue is due to some cookies misconfiguration and can be bypassed opening a clean browser session.
