I am extremely sorry to inform you that the EMI filter EMIF02-USB03F2 has been discontinued with PTN ADG/24/14524 without direct replacement, as the worldwide decline in demand for USB 2.0 no longer justifies further production.
You could check if USBUF01W6, USBUF01W6 or USBDF01W5 fulfil your requirements.
