Foot print problem with ECMF02-2HSMX6
I have questions about the dimensions of this component:
1. The gap between pins can be questionable. Referring to page11, Gap = E-L1-L2. If I use nominal value, gap is 1.35-0.45-0.75mm = 0.15mm only.
If I use the maximum value, gap is 1.4-0.55-0.85mm = 0. Which means the pad will touch each other which is impossible.
2. From the drawing, we will notice that the edge of L2 cannot be more than the body center. But the dimension of L2 is more than half of E.
3. if I refer to the recommended footprint in page 12, the recommended edge of L2 is at the body center. Which means portion of the upper pins will not be covered by pad if we follow vendor's recommendation.
Please help verify the dimensions for us to be able to design the footprint.
