I would guess a schottky diode.

Perhaps the ST equivalent to the B340A.

I don't think it is a diode because removing the component from the board and measuring it with the multimeter is in diode or ohm mode I have no result. maybe it could be bidirectional, how did you understand that it could be a SM6T33CA?
