There are no technical differences.

The suffix /NH and /NS is only an internally used marking, which also only appears on the second line on the packaging, the actual product designation can be found on the first line.

Does it answer your question?

I have no information about the die inside, so I can neither confirm nor deny it.

If you are afraid that they are fakes or counterfeits, you are welcome to send me the bulk ID via private message (please not publicly here, so that it cannot be misused) and I will check whether it is a valid label.

I'm afraid we dont have any bulk ID as we bought cut tape for these parts and have no labels to support it. in any case, is there any PCN on the lead frame changing? thanks!!
