Looking for specs on ST discontinued part number

Hi,

I am looking for compatible part numbers for ST part# 7004001 and Delco DM133, which I believe are obsolete.

The ST 7004001 is also equivent to Ford # N-7000420F-FB001

I also believe ST part# TDA7005 may be equivilent to DM133, not sure.

I am mostly interested in finding out what 7004001 is and get a datasheet for it so I can see if it can replace Delco DM133.

Appreciate any help on this. Thanks

Dan

Welcome @dcol, to the community!

You haven't uploaded a photo of this component, but if it really is one from STMicroelectronics, then it's almost certainly a customised device, and only the customer in question has access to the documentation. In your case, therefore, only the company Delco can provide any information.

How likely is it that a company would disclose its trade secrets?
Exactly.

I am extremely sorry that I am unable to assist you on this occasion.

Regards
/Peter

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I mentioned TDA7005, when it is actually TDA2005.jpgTDA2005

ST part# 7004001 is not, as far as I know, a proprietary part. I have the specs for the Delco part. I just wanted to match them up. It looks like TDA2005 matches up to the Delco part, but I don't have that part in stock.

Searching TDA2005 produces the product page and datasheet which are still available.
