M25P64-VMF6G The above part number was belongs to STM or Micron, Some of the datasheet show it was STM and some are Micron.

You are currently talking about an very old serial flash memory, which was spun off with the entire business unit in 2007 to the company Numonyx, which in turn was subsequently taken over by Micron. Unfortunately, STMicroelectronics cannot say what the successors did with this memory device.
