Marking from ST "293F305" 8 pins components

Could you help me to defined a 8 pins component from ST with marking 293F305 . Seem voltage limitation (transils) ? Thanks Regards

Ideally, you should include a photo of the device with such enquiries. However, I assume from your information that it is the LM293D, i.e. a dual voltage comparator.
