MSL3 part not baked out prior to installation

I have a part LSM303DTR Accelerometer 3D Magnetometer that has an MSL rating of 3. This part was not baked out prior to installation on the PWA. What harm will this do to the component? If it passes testing, is it safe to use to go into space with (i.e. no latent failure possibility)?

I don't see anyone making those kinds of guarantees. If moisture didn't flash to steam and pop-corn the device during reflow you've avoided the primary failure.
