Replacement against M24C02-WMN6TP
Hi Team,
Currently we are using M24C02-WMN6TP and is in NRND status. Could you please suggest an replacement which is FFF and active in status
The EEPROM M24C02-WMN6TP has a guaranteed supply voltage range of 2.5V-5.5V.
Both the website and the data sheet for this EEPROM indicate that there are pin- and function-compatible types that operate in a wider voltage range:
- M24C02-R: 1.8V to 5.5V
- M24C02-F: 1.7V to 5.5V
You can therefore use the order designations M24C02-RMN6TP and M24C02-FMN6TP as alternative devices.
