Replacement for M48Z128-85PM1

Like my subject says, I am looking for a replacement part for M48Z128-85PM1 as this is now obsolete.

The device in question was a battery-buffered SRAM with a voltage of 5V, which has been obsoleted and uncommon for decades. I'm afraid you won't be able to find a replacement anywhere, and only a manually manufactured drop-in will help.

Yes, you can find the relevant documents at (www).(ace)(icc).(com), and contact them to request an EOL document and inquire about suitable alternative recommendations.
