Specs Sheet for older ceramic IC

hello, i would require a specs sheet for the following IC. i cannot find any information online. if its not visable from the picture it has a DIP20 package. Thank you

It's clearly a 40-pin DIP part, this dropped out of the internet with little shaking..

    my bad on the Dip20 part, i forgot how to count. i searched all possible combinations and couldnt get that PDF. Thank you.
