The datasheet is no more available on ST website. If you find an old one anywhere on the web and the information you are looking for is not their, I'm afraid we cannot help you as the product is very old and we don't have anymore a division working on Flash memories including NOR products since 2007 (I think). And ST people that worked on the product changed their position in the company or even left it.
For flash memories, I suggest you to choose a "not depricated" products from other companies.
