ST33: Recommendation for Product Selection

We are considering using the ST33TPHF2XI2 for our application. The datasheet mentions two variants:

1. ST33HTPH2X32AHE1
2. ST33HTPH2X32AHD5

Could you please recommend which device would be more suitable for a new design, considering stock availability and long-term perspective?
