Hi,

I have a issue with the power supplies of my electronic board at start up of microcontroller STR912FAW47. Someone know the inrush current of microcontroller on VDD (1,8V) and VDDQ (3.3V) at power on?

With an oscilloscope, it seems that the microcontroller starts to consume at the VDD treshold  of 0,7V because I have an inrush current when the VDD supply is above 0,7V.

Thanks,

Jerome

No, the RST input is connected to pull up of 10K and a 100nF capacitor to the ground.
