STuW81300 Sub-harmonic reduction for frequency higher 6GHz

Hello,

According to data sheet on STuW81300 the ST1.PLL_SEL must be 1 and Nint, Frac must be calculated based on formula on page 25, when VCO frequency if higher than 6GHz. In this case the sub-harmonic at half frequency appears. How could be this sub-harmonic eliminated or reduced significantly?
