Trying to identify 14pin SOIC

Hello all,

 

I am trying to debug a faulty board with two chips on it, which I am struggling to identify.

Top row shows 324, bottom row does show the ST logo and "EZ7H713"

Does someone have an idea where to look for a datasheet or even a pinout?
