Welcome, @APC.1​, to the community!

You got confused by the symbols:

  • the three dashes of different lengths indicate power earth
  • the small white triangle is an internal connection of the schematic that must not be connected to ground

This representation was chosen because the VIPer011 is actually a flyback converter whose GND pin is not connected to GND in this buck converter, but realizes the output.

We need to conect +VOUT 25.8VCC and power earth instead GND?
