I am finding to drive for 4 cabin lock. For this, VNxxx or VNQxxx series help me. I don't need high current. It is 1 amper per channel(per output.
I'm looking for a chip that will not cause any supply problems and will be produced continuously. Is there anyone from ST who can help?
You can filter all four-channel high-side switches on the website according to the drain current limit and you will then receive a list of suitable devices. None of these with a current limit of at least 1A are (currently) on any ot the tabs of the product longevity list, so long-term availability cannot be guaranteed. However, you can assume that the newer the technology, the longer the devices will be available (= the higher the first digit after VNQ for four-digit numbers).
