About the Safe Operating Area (SOA) described in the SiC MOSFET datasheet

I would like to know if the Safe Operating Area (SOA) specified in the datasheet for your company's SiC MOSFET SCT040W65G3-4AG is a guaranteed value.

The Safe Operating Area diagram in the data sheet indicates the area in which the SiC MOSFET is guaranteed not to be damaged by a single pulse and will therefore survive.
