ACST series
I would like to use the ACST series as an AC switch for a 90kHz AC capacitive load. Is this possible?
No, TRIACs are designed for mains frequency and cannot be used at such high frequencies. In addition, you want to switch a capacitive load, which results in large peak currents.
You might be able to solve your problem with fast IGBTs:
- 600V IGBT - V series - Very high speed (50 to 100 kHz)
- 1200V H series - High speed (20 to 100 kHz) - Products
