About 203,is that means year 2022，week 3？

Correct, the date code is what is visible in your photo as 203. It consists of the last digit of the year and two digits of the calendar week. As the VN9D5D20FNTR has only been around since 2020, it must therefore be the year 2022 and the calendar week 03.
