Discrepancy about MSL description on label (part# STL26N60DM6)

Hi Sir/ Madam,

Could you please help to verify below label? Label is stating "MSL 3" but also stating "Not Moisture Sensitive".

Please also kindly advise the correct MSL of part# STL26N60DM6
