dynamic resistance of TVS

Dear Sirs,

Could you advise me dynamic resistance(Rd) of TVS such as SM6T33CAY used to clamp against pulse 5B per ISO 7637-2 or load dump B in ISO 16750-2. 

Its voltage source waveform is clamped instead of exponential surge curve.
