EVAL-L9963E-MCU GUI: balancing not working on 4-cell battery

Hi, i made up a set up of 4 cells and I connected them to the connector of eval-l9963e-mcu. I already changed 4 cells, cause it seems like there is a dissipation for the cells. When I active the balance by GUI i don't see that the cells are balancing, oyherwise they seem like are discarge fast.

Can I know if there is someone that have used the GUI and if he as find problems like mine
