i have an a GN108633 and i want to know the part number or datasheet

I had another thought and am now quite sure that I was mistaken and that it is the LD1086DT33TR, with 1086 on the second marking line and 33 on the third, where only a 3 can still be seen.

These are easier to find if you post a picture of the marking, or at least the type of component and package.

So DPAK package, probably a mosfet.

Relevant marking is the 1Qxx line and the next. Maybe 1Q86? 1Q66? Nothing came up.

Perhaps @Peter BENSCH can find it.

Ironically, lines 2 and 3 mentioned by @TDK, which contain the relevant marking, are practically illegible. I could also piece together 10P6, which would stand for the STD10P6F6.

Without sufficient cleaning of this area and further, sharper photos, possibly from different angles, it is unfortunately not possible to make a precise statement.
