Getting started with the STEVAL-WBC86TX Evaluation board

I am trying to communicate to the eval. board using the WPSTUDIO GUI, however I am unable to connect. The board uses an FTDI FT260Q that communicates through HID Interface and does not require any additional drivers; however I am still unable to connect to the GUI for some reason. What am I missing?

I'm also experiencing this issue. I found on another post stating that setting it to empty would work but it does not for me.
