Hello, we are using the STEVAL-ISB68WA to learn more about how to apply the STWLC68. Unfortunately, it does not seem to be working out-of-the-box as stated in the user manual.
We have tried three different Qi compatible charging pads which are successfully charging other devices.
We are seeing the ping from the charging pad's transmitter but are not seeing the reply from the STWLC68 that is required to establish the power transfer connection.
Do you know why we are not able to establish a connection between the STEVAL-ISB68WA and the Qi compatible charging pad? The GUI for the STEVAL-ISB68WA is working as expected.
We were wondering if there might be an issue with the STWLC68 automatically retrieving default settings from the OTP memory.
Has anyone experience this issue? Thanks in advance for any suggestions you may have.
