Hi there,

I was unable to find any matching for this part below, some bi-directionnal TVS I presume, but "L06" returns nothing.

I need your help ^^ thanks.

Nicolas.

Hi Peter, thank you very much for your help and your availability.

It seems to match to my application, but how did you manage to find that ? none of the search engines I've used were able to find it.

Regards,

Nicolas.

You're welcome.

The markings are either internal information, but are also sometimes included in the data sheets. An official reverse search is not available. However, here in the Community or via personal support at OLS, help is usually available, sometimes even for devices that have not been produced for a long time.
