HEMT and the new Powerflat 8x8 devices
After visiting the ST website the new GAN 700V Fet's got my attention
Part numbers starting with with SGT are under evaluation.
Tested a few mastergan4, I found those very fast and could reach easy the 3 MHz with low rise and fall times (below 10ns)
My question: is there any information about speed and rise/fall times available?
Is it possible to join a testing program or get some samples to test?
