Hi, I am currently using a STP16CPC26, and due to supply shortage,we would like to replace it. the STP16CPC05 seems a good fit, but I can't really find the differences with the PC26, except for current output (90mA vs 100mA), could you help me ? Than

Yes, the newer STP16CPC05 can replace the older STP16CPC26 and contains some improvements that make component selection easier (smaller bypass capacitor possible) or the slightly higher maximum driver current.
