Hello, Good Morning Can i design SMPS using HVLED007 which should work on universal input and should provide 24v 2amp at its output it is PFC too. The most challenging part is to calculate and wind flyback transformer. I've some transformer bobbins and cores with me but dont have complete data i have calculated data manually like MPL,AE etc. but still some data is unknown like core material. Is there any SMPS application note for this.

The calculation of the corresponding transformer goes far beyond the data sheet of the HVLED007, which is why the AN1059 is mentioned there as a reference. There is a lot more information about transformer calculation, e.g. this presentation about Transformer Design Considerations from Wuerth Elektronik. Otherwise, the transformer manufacturer is usually very happy to help you select the right core.
