I would like to solder st L6563 on a PCB . Can not identify pin No.1 as the IC package is symmetric and there is no mark to identify Pin No. 1. Can somebody guide me

The L6563 is in an SO-14 package, where pin 1 is always clearly marked with a small dot - provided that the devices are not counterfeit.

Please upload a clearly visible photo (top view) so that we can assess this.

If you want to be sure, you can also send me a personal message (not here in the public community, because otherwise it could be misused) with a legible photo of the label on the packaging, so I can check whether it is a fake.
