In the SPI protocol of L9305, how is the cnt bit of bit21 used

Hi,

There is no specific writing description for the cnt bit in the manual.I guess it's the first time I've powered on and written 1.

If I reset the chip through the reset pin, should the cnt be written to 1 after the reset or keep the negation of the last write?
