Hello, I am using L6205D013TR on our PWB.I would like to use L6205D instead of L6205D013TR, but I could not find the difference between L6205D and L6205D013TR on their Data sheets. Please tell me the meaning of "013TR". It's just a difference of the pack?

Hi, we are using the STM6600CS25DM6F in one of our new products. It is powered by the output of a battery charger. This charger can draw up to 500mA from a USB port. If the system requires more current, the charger switches to the supplement mode, where the additional current is drawn from the battery. While switching back and forth between those two operating modes, the output at the charger toggles between 4.2V and the actual battery voltage (this is normal behavior). As a result the VCC input of the STM6600CS25DM6F "sees" voltage differences of up to ca. 800mV. The problem is, that the STM6600CS25DM6F cannot handle these sudden voltage changes. As a result it resets the enable output (EN) and consequently the system crashes. In the attached image one can see this behavior. Yellow trace: Voltage at VCC - one can clearly see the voltage drop of approx. 600mV. Good morning, I am thinking to drive a LCD backlight with ic STCS05 and to control it with enable and pwm signal from a cpu. Led driving voltage of leds matrix of my LCD is 16.5V with 140 mA typical current (see picture attached). Do I have to supply STCS05 and led with a regulated 16.5V power supply (Vin in attached picture)? Thanks in advance. Best Regards. Enrico

My intention is to use 12 LED1642W to support a 8x8 grid of 3 channel RGB LEDs, with a 13th LED1642W to multiplex the cube's layers. As a minimum viable model, I've built the following:The working principle is that the LED is of a common Anode type, with the three channels sourcing to the driving LED1642GW. The "MUX" LED1642GW, powers the anode via a PNP transistor. STNS01 has a precharge timer of 30 mins. When this timer times out, does this indicate a faulty lithium ion cell?I understand that in the first place, lithium ion cells shouldn't be discharged to below cutoff to prevent damage (2.6-3.0v for most Li-ion). Is this correct?If statement 2. is correct, does this mean that "deeply" discharged batteries (Li-ion cells discharged all the way to 0v) are not always successfully charged by STNS01 (or similar charging ICs)?If this timer timed-out, is it better to assume the battery is damaged OR can we restart the entire charging cycle to try to recharge the battery again (ie., restart the 30 min timer)?

Hello,I would grateful for some clarity on the expected bit order when writing to the configuration register of the LED1642GW.Whilst it is clearly documented that CFG-0 is the LSB, and CFG-15 is the MSB of the serialised word, it is not clear to me whether data is expected as LSB or MSB first?Section 8.8 - PWM counter setting and brightness register (CFG-15) Does however state"(first input bit of brightness word is MSB, 16th bit is LSB)", with respect to brightness values, so I'd expect this to be universally the case? So... Big Endian? Many Thanks

I have a project whereby I intend to cascade 13 LED1642GWPTRs, in order to control a number of RGB LEDs.As an "in-progress-check", I have currently placed only two LED1642GWs, each as the schematic below, with SDO of the first chip connected to SDI of the second. I have verified that the CLK, LE and PWCLK are common and within specification, also that the chips are powered and grounded. IMPORTANT: I have yet to connect any loading LEDs so as such, all OUTs are open (NC).I wanted first to check for cascading operation, however I have found: Data is only output from the SDO of LED1642GW Number 1, when there has been a digital key passed on LE. No data is "pushed through" otherwise. Specifically, if I serialise 2 16bit words to Chip 1's SDI, I would have expected the first word to have cascaded through, however, nothing at all is output.My thoughts are that either the chips are in an error state given that the loads are open or I have misunderstood something fundamental about their operat

I have a STEVAL - Spin3202 board. I want to use this board and ST motor control workbend to control my BLDC.I use ST motor control workbend to generate code ( for KeilC). When I try to load project to Spin3202 an error appears: "No target connected"When I goto Target Driver setup I saw just STLINK is detected, but MCU (STSPIN32F0A) can't detect. Is there a link error between STlink and MCU (all of them are embeded on this board) I tried to load this code by St link utility, but it still doesn't workPlease help me to fix this error.Thanks

HiWe observe sudden changes and flickering especially at low level luminosity.attached oscilloscope capture_1 is taken at one of green LED channels. During the dimming cycle, the ghost pattern causes momentary flashes in LED brightness.again oscilloscope capture_2.PNG and oscilloscope capture_3.PNG are taken at one of green channels. In this case LOW side resistor of output driver value decreased; and noticed a noise at ON state. There is also a flicker in this case and we suppose the cause is the noise seen in oscilloscope capture_3.PNG. The flickering and flashing mostly seen at low luminosity values.Do you have and suggestion on fixing these?our design is:LED7708 : 10 channels active, and 8 LEDs on each channel. For the ULN2002, ULN2003, and ULN2004 the datasheet gives detailed information depending on the continuous collector current, but no such info is given for the ULN2001.

Hi All, I tested the motor driver STSPIN840. I'm able to limit the current through the motor. But i dont see the Fault Pin going down to zero if the driver limits the current. If i do a short circuit on the output the Fault Pin goes down to Zero. What can i expact for signals on the fault pin if the SNSA is higher than Vref but lower than the overcurrent value of 3A?BR Philipe
