L6599 Protection
Hi.
I am using the L6599AD without PFC.
Previously, the DIS pin was connected to the DELAY pin and used as a SHUTDOWN.
However, the frequent peak current caused SHUTDOWN.
So I connected the DIS pin to GROUND and made it work in HICCUP MODE.
However, the problem is that the shutdown still occurs once in a while (I haven't confirmed it directly, but it happened in the field).
HICCUP MODE cannot be a SHUTDOWN.
So, the situations that can cause a shutdown in HICCUP MODE are
1. output short(ocp)
2. INPUT VOLTAGE(Low)
I think there are 2 things.
Can you give me any advice or situations other than these two?
